Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner is a gentle cleansing gel with a slightly acidic pH of 5.5. It is formulated with fermented black rice extracts (moisturizing and soothing), antioxidant beta-glucan, and naturally-derived surfactant extracted from coconut. These star ingredients work together to cleanse and nourish the skin at the same time. The gel lathers into a fine and soft foam that minimizes irritation to sensitive skin and will not disrupt the natural moisture barrier. Contains 95% naturally-derived ingredients.
