Take out one detox foot pad and one adhesive sheet from the package.
Remove the plastic wrap from the foot pad and peel the cover from the adhesive sheet.
Place the foot pad (paper side down) in the center of the adhesive sheet, then peel off the rest of the adhesive cover.
Apply the adhesive sheet with the pad attached to the bottom of your clean, dry foot before bed.
Leave it on for 6–8 hours while you sleep.
Remove the pad in the morning and wash off any sticky residue.

Suggested Use:
Use 1 pad per night, alternating between the right and left foot. For best results, use for 30–90 consecutive nights.
