1. Gently wash away dirt and oil from the scalp with lukewarm water.
2. Dispense shampoo on palm and use your fingertips to massage the scalp in a small circular motion from above the ears.

I don't know what the hype is all about on social media about these shampoos, but they didn't do anything for my hair and they have a very strong smell. I'm disappointed.
I really like how this product feels like it is really cleansing my hair. When it dries my hair feels so lightweight and refreshed!
I have a oily scalp and dry ends. This is the only shampoo I've ever used that I don't have to wash every day. To clarify I do a double wash every 2-3 days. Also this shampoo has a cooling feeling for my scalp.
I switched from using a customized hair care brand, and I feel like this and its conditioner/treatment duo worked even better than the customized bottles I had used previously. For me, this works best with double cleansing (half squirt and rinse, then full squirt and rinse) as the shampoo doesn't necessarily foam up really quick at first. Maybe it's because my hair is a bit oily to begin with, but that's just my take! When I first used the shampoo, I didn't expect the scent to bit that strong, so it definitely stung my eyes a bit. However, I am used to the scent, and the scent overall creates a really relaxing aroma during a warm shower! Def worth a try for oily and low porosity hair.

I really like the scent of this shampoo - it's herbal with a fruity undertone and it's not a super strong herbal scent. Unfortunately, it doesn't lather well. I always double cleanse, and even after my second cleanse, my scalp doesn't have the squeaky clean feel. This could be nice for people who aren't looking for a shampoo that strips their hair, and to be fair, I can go 1 to 2 days without washing. I still really like this shampoo, and my hair is fluffy and clean after I wash with it. I'd recommend it if you're looking for something that is refreshing and moisturizing : )
