      Hydrating, Not Much Else

      I really wanted to like this toner, but it was sort of meh. It certainly did the job hydration-wise but I didn't notice any differences in brightness or texture. Not a bad product by any means, just not for me.

      Favorite toner for dry and sensitive skin

      I have very dry, dehydrated, and sensitive skin. I recently had an eczema flare-up on my face, for the first time ever. I routinely used Laneige's cream skin toner every morning and evening, along with either Belif Moisturizing Bomb, Farmacy Honey Halo, or Dieux Instant Angel, but nothing worked. So I took to the AB subreddits to scour for the HG of toners, and finally settled on COSRX Propolis after seeing it recommended so many times. I wish that I had tried it sooner because it is PHENOMENAL. It helped heal my eczema more than any other product I layered. I would recommend this without a doubt. My husband even uses it!
