Apply after your foundation/base makeup, but before setting powder or spray.
Use a clean finger to warm up a small amount of the cream highlighter.
Pick it up with the puff, then use the rounded end to dab and blend onto high points of your face (cheekbones, brow bone, nose bridge).
Tap gently until it looks smooth and natural.

Powder Highlighter

After the cream layer is blended, pick up the powder highlighter with the puff.
Use the pointed end to pat the powder on top of the cream to set and boost the glow.
Build slowly if you want a stronger shine.
