Developed with Banila Co's patented Zero Balance Technology, this product gently removes waterproof makeup and impurities without disturbing the natural moisture barrier of the skin.

Start with dry skin and dry hands.
Use the spatula to scoop or twist the product 2-3 times for some balm
Warm it up between your fingers until it softens a little
Gently massage it onto your face in circular motions to dissolve makeup and sunscreen.
Add a little water to emulsify, the balm will turn milky.
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
(Optional) Follow with a water-based cleanser to complete a double cleanse.
