How to use
- For eyelid highlight: Apply on center or across entire eyelid as a highlight, blending gently with finger before the formula sets.
- For eye bag: Apply directly to the eye bag area to create a cute dazzling look.
Can also be used on cheeks or body for extra sparkle.
